Your new role

• Oversee leasing, marketing, bookkeeping, customer service, and administration.
• Develop and implement budgets for financial performance control.
• Ensure timely rent collections, handle delinquencies, and maintain high collection rates.
• Manage maintenance staff, vendor/contractor relations, and resident interactions.
• Hire, train, and supervise the team.
• Drive marketing outreach and community engagement.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of 3 years of property management experience.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport.
• Multi-Family Residential property management experience is a must.
• Experience with Section 8/Affordable Housing/HUD.
