Hays is partnered with a renowned Real Estate firm looking to bring on a Commercial Property Manager in the Milwaukee area. They have been ranked one of the nation's leading healthcare facility developers for over 22 years.

Your new role

As a Property Manager you will:

• Work closely with the Director of Property Management in overseeing medical office commercial buildings
• Prepare monthly reports including financial statements, operating and leasing metrics and occupancy and lease expiration status
• Communicate regularly with and manage site vendors and contractors
• Prepare vendor contracts, reports, and other related documents

What you'll need to succeed

• You will need a minimum of 5 years property management experience in Commercial Real Estate (experience with healthcare properties is a plus)
• CPM or RPA preferred
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Yardi property management software experience
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
