Our client, a local commercial real estate firm, is seeking a temp-to-hire On-Site Property Administrator to join their Germantown, MD office! In this role you will work closely with tenants and vendors, process invoices, coordinate conference space and loading dock schedules, and provide administrative and operational support to the property management office. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role, and 1+ years of customer service or administrative experience is required. Familiarity with Sage and Constant Contact is a plus! This temp-to-hire position pays $20-$25/hour on the temporary side and will convert to a salary of $45k-$60k DOE.
