Alteryx has partnered with Path Forward for a Return to Work program, which is a 16-week paid returnship for experienced professionals returning to the workforce after taking time off for caregiving. The program is open to individuals who have at least 5 years of professional experience and have been out of the paid workforce for at least two years to focus on caring for a child or other dependent. What You'll Do:

As a Project Manager on our Customer Services Team, you will:

  • Manage the work and resources associated with the initiative, including crafting requirements, delegating responsibilities, and change management.
  • Lead the delivery of projects in support of strategic initiatives that rely on cross-functional teams to complete.
  • Support Customer Success & Services initiative leads by owning and executing project(s) plan to completion.
  • Build cross functional relationships and partnerships across the enterprise.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional project teams.
  • Develop roadmaps and timelines to drive action and set realistic expectations.
  • Conduct project post-mortems to review results and obtain feedback to apply to future projects.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as needed to drive project and team success.

Required Skills:
  • Four-year college degree (or equivalent relevant experience in a related field).
  • 5+ years functional experience including a minimum of 2 years specific project management experience, either directly or as a responsibility of another role.
  • Experience and ability to lead across functional and collaborative teams.
  • Strong project management skills, including managing a project plan and tracking actions, risks, issues, and decisions.
  • Attention to detail is critical.
  • Ability to independently manage and prioritize various workstreams with competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to quickly learn and operationalize new concepts.
  • Willingness to be flexible and adapt quickly based on guidance from different stakeholders.
  • An innate curiosity and desire to continually dig deeper for understanding.
  • Finding joy through building coalitions and collaboration within your project team (outside your direct team).
  • Excellent communication skills for clearly communicating complex ideas.

Valued Skills:
  • Knowledge of Alteryx Designer and Server products
  • Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Tasks, Confluence, Asana, or other work management tools
  • Customer Success, Support, Operations, or Enablement experience
  • PMP, CAP, Agile Certification

Compensation:

Alteryx is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary for this role is $40/hour. This position is alsoremote-friendly and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled.Finalcompensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
