Position Summary
The Marketing Experience Project Manager will be responsible for test planning and implementation for our in-house LHS Marketing agency. The ideal candidate for this position has a wide knowledge of all things Marketing, with a strong ability to lead and funnel projects through each life cycle, while taking a hands-on approach in the strategy definition, creation and priority assortment of experiments. This role will work alongside PMO to allocate efforts and resource management, while working closely with marketing and analytics stakeholders to deliver tangible results for experiments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage all experiments and work with Director of Project Management on request prioritization
• Set project timelines and expectations amongst stakeholders
• Oversee project management for multi-channel lead nurturing experiments and testing strategies
• Execute campaign tests while working with analytics team on reporting
• Facilitate and manage project kickoffs and conclusions with all relevant stakeholders
• Document analysis for experiments; recording lessons learned for success or failures
• Balance the execution of marketing test scopes with a drive for results
• Collaborate with channel managers to set experiment objectives and audience
• Monitor and continuously improve project deliverables and process
• Document and present key learnings from experiments to potentially introduce outside departments to further enhance full customer journey
• Keep reports close-at-hand to flag repetitive or redundant experiments
• Propose new/missed opportunities from KPIs
  
  

Experience and Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative and/or business fields such as marketing, mathematics, economics, finance, computer science, and business or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2+ years of equivalent marketing experience
• Confident knowledge with Wrike or similar Project Management platform
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to help collaborate on experiment efforts and strategy
• Driven to meet or exceed specific goals, results-focus mindset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required (taking concepts and ideas and translating them into solutions)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
• Experience in concept testing (qualitative and quantitative)
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

• Normal Office Environment
• Indoor work in a climate-controlled environment.
