Job Description:
Summary:

The Project Manager will support the Diversity Business Partner (DBP) team to support team operations, provide project management for DBP workstreams, and help deliver org/project deliverables.

Team operations- Support the team with project management, help track DBP workstreams and partner across the team to update org inventory, track business engagement, conduct business insights reporting, and proactive information distribution and real-time problem solving.

Process improvement - Help identify areas for and drive process improvement projects for the DBP team. Partner on creating and posting best practice templates, DBP toolkits, and synthesizing resources for weekly updates/action items/follow up tracking for DBPs.

Data management - Execute data pulls on DEI program and training participation, analyze data inquiries, produce reports for internal and external DEI trends.

Tracking - Ensure we have consistent cadence of DEI updates to our clients, XFN partners, and BRGs (e.g., ensure that we complete and track amplification of DEI programs such as Odyssey, Sponsorship across orgs).

Principled decision-making and alignment to Client and DEI policies - Demonstrate knowledge of and adhere to all company policies and standards (e.g. Community Engagement Expectations).

Develop and This Project Manager should expect to:

operationalize DBP project plan outlining deliverables, targets, owners, updates.

Serve as a point of contact for the teams on assigned projects and ensuring team members keep workflow on track.

Communicate meeting/project notes, milestones, and changes to the project to the appropriate stakeholders.

Document team meeting notes, tracking action items.

Organize team resources and documents in a central drive.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • DEI program management or a good understanding of DEI strategies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Leadership skills
  • Documentation management and ability to use program management tools (Tasks, etc.)
  • Experience with creating and maintaining project plans.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with ambiguity.
  • Strong competence with Google suite of apps
  • Attention to detail, excellent follow through.
  • Strong time management skills and proven track record of removing obstacles to achieve deadlines and ideal outcomes.
  • Experience analyzing data.
  • Able to manage competing priorities and change.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluency with data analysis tools including unidash, Tableau, Excel, Dashboards
  • Experience working in various aspects of DEI or Business Partnering teams.
  • Experience interacting with all levels of a professional organization and working cross-functionally across many teams.

Must Have skills:

  • Someone who can make informed decisions.
  • Taking initiatives and identifying problem and creating solutions
  • Detail oriented and fluency in pulling reports and dashboards.

  • DEI experience
  • Worked in Tech
  • Experience in Project Management
