Braun Intertec is seeking a project manager to join our Dickinson, North Dakota, office. This position manages routine to moderately complex projects by providing all technical expertise required to meet/exceed client expectations. This person writes basic reports giving professional opinions and recommendations applying standard engineering practices and techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform project management work
  • Help train, review and supervise field technicians
  • Attend have face to face meetings with new and existing clients
  • Perform various field and laboratory tests on soils, concrete and aggregate materials
  • Prepares various levels of reporting responsibilities depending on the scope of services of a project
  • Works with appropriate staff to assign less experienced staff on projects as needed
  • Reviews observation and test data for accuracy and completeness
  • Works independently when on job site
  • Works with project engineers and client to ensure that client specifications are followed


Required Skills:
  • Must have a good understanding of math and computer aptitude
  • Must have a valid driver's license and good driving history
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis


Required Experience:
  • High school diploma
  • 3-5 years related experience, in building and site construction
  • ACI and ICC certifications preferred
  • Multi- disciplinary project experience preferred
