Our client in the Wilmington area is looking for a Project Manager to join their team, can be fully remote. This is a permanent role by way of contract to hire with a very well-known organization.

Position Description:

• PM needs to know how the data comes in, how its stored and accessed
• Operate between business and technology teams
• Strong presence to manage teams committed to deadlines
• Ability to converse with executive leadership
• Business consideration and mindset all the way through
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
• Manage multiple projects and project teams simultaneously

Required Skills:

• Familiar with business data requirements, data ETL and structures, data validation, and production validation testing
• Experience in data related projects - including receiving and pushing out data, data validation steps, working with business users on what their needs are with the data (reporting, real time decisions)
• PM needs to know how the data comes in, how its stored and accessed
• Our business users are currently using the following systems and tools. A strong candidate would be familiar with these tools or similar.
• SAS
• Axciom
• Tableau
• Cloud Data
• Solution focused- someone lookin to deliver the msot benefits as quickly and efficiently as possible
• Persitence
• Experience with the use of data in proejcts pulling, data into mobile app, and reporting
• Experience migration from one host system or data system to another
• Experience implementing reporting tools, leading projects requiring data querying and data jioning for a user interface
• Experience acting as liason between business and technology reousrces
