What You Will Be Doing - Assist the Project Manager with the coordination and scheduling of the construction management activities on projects
- Document control (RFIs, submittals, change orders, claims, etc.)
- Perform estimating, bidding and subcontract procurement on projects
- Perform and apply quantity takeoffs and surveys to manage contract progress, reporting, and change management
- Review and understand broader contract obligations as per the responsible project and work scopes
- Assist site manager in project start-up activities
- Indirectly supervise the activities of subcontractors and field personnel
What You Need for this Position - 2+ years of construction project engineering experience
- Experience in Multi-Family construction
- Procore experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- OSHA 30 Hour
