We are a growing general contractor and real estate development company that designs and builds apartment communities.
What You Will Be Doing -Working with the Project Manage r and managing ground up apartment community projects in the Vegas area.

-To plan, manage, and deliver the project on-time, in-budget, with exceptional safety and quality results

-To lead everyone involved in the same direction to accomplish the mission on time and in budget

-Must be result-driven to achieve milestones and great to work with

-Solving constructability problems creatively and collaboratively

-Documenting of entire project on behalf of the company and manage liability issues
What You Need for this Position -Experience as a Project Engineer with a General Contractor
-Experience with Multi Family, Apartments, Condos, ect.
