Our client, a large and leading REIT is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team! Qualified candidates must have previous asset services or property management experience. Responsibilities include, initiating tenant notification letters, maintaining statements, assisting the team with special projects, planning tenant events and parties and assisting in annual budget preparation. This role would also be responsible for maintaining and tracking spreadsheets to track all current contracts and will also handle Accounts Payable/ Receivables. Bachelor's degree and relevant experience strongly preferred. Proficiency in Excel and experience with JDE, Yardi or other property management software. Strong customer service experience is required. Great opportunity at a top firm up to $65k!!
