The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing the entire project from startup to closeout, including but not limited to: quoting, scheduling, project coordination, billing, submittal documents, and project close-out documents. The Project Coordinator will be the primary administrative support between our Project Managers, vendors and our customers through the entire project process from quote request through completion. In addition the Project Coordinator will support office staff in organization and management of billing and order processing.

This position has no supervisory responsibility.
This position works in a normal office environment, with standard office equipment. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc.
Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking for up to 15% of the time.
