About the Position

We are currently seeking a Project Analyst to join our Construction Services Team in Peachtree Corners, GA. This individual will have 5+ years related experience and/or training. Solid experience in managing reporting, budget development and project controls. This role will be responsible for all aspects of project document controls, schedule and resource management, and cost management. The role includes facilitating all processes related the verticals budget management, change management, client billing (AR), subcontractor invoicing (AP), contracts, and document management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assuring that standard for filing, file sharing, and transmitting are set up and followed
• Enters new projects in Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Project Close out
• Gather O&M Manuals, Certificates, Inspections, RFIs, Meetings, Daily reports, etc
• Gather As-Builts from engineers., Close Subcontractor POs, Receive all owner required paperwork from subs before final payment
• Final billing to client
• All client invoicing duties for all projects. Including working with PMs to produce
• Maintain that all projects are being scheduled and resourced.
• Validate that project forecasts are being updated monthly.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management and / or 5+ years related experience /training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Solid experience in managing reporting, budget development and project controls
• PMP preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and Internet Explorer required. Software programs applicable to job type will be required as needed
• Occasional attendance at meetings and other off-site events requires the ability to provide reliable transportation. Position may require occasional travel to domestic or foreign locations. Must maintain a current, valid driver's license and proof of insurance. Employee must be able to travel freely on a passport or other official document.

Additional Information

Many factors are considered when determining compensation at Pond, including scope and level of position, geographic location, candidate skill, knowledge and experience. Starting base pay may vary depending on these factors. We anticipate filling this position as a Project Analyst II with a salary range of $58,700.00 - $86,400.00 .
