Job Title: Program Scheduler
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Range: $70 to $90
Physical address of worksite: Rochester, NY 14653
Typical Work Day: They will be onsite in SCIF working on a cleared program and working daily in MS Project. They would like the contractor to have an understanding of add-ins (resource loading, SSI) Building or maintaining a project schedule, change control process experience. Running weekly status meetings for the program and working with a project lead for control account. Weekly analysis and milestone reporting. Monthly they have an ETC meeting, meet with team and forecast the labor and update in the resource loaded schedule. Button up the schedule and start the process for the next fiscal month.

Must- Haves:

• Strong EV background
• Critical path driving path analysis
• Working in a resource loaded schedule in Microsoft project
• DCMA background
• IPMR familiar or IPMDAR
• Attention to detail
• Someone that is comfortable reaching out to different team members and hold them accountable
• Strong ability to perform slack and critical path analysis
• Need to have a TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of experience

Job Description:
Performs schedule analysis in support of assigned programs or projects. Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality. Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts. Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas. Ensures compliance with internal program procedures and project control system guidelines. May lead or participate in scheduling status reviews.

Senior professional with strong knowledge of job area and broad knowledge of project management.
Manages complex projects or processes with general oversight.
Communicates within and outside of own function to gain cooperation on operational processes, practices, and procedures.
Makes moderate to substantial improvements to systems and processes.
Contributes to achievement of departmental goals and operating plans with direct impact on the departmental results.
