CSG is hiring a Program Management Associate to provide project coordination and execution support for the Merger and Acquisition (M&A) lifecycle and other complex strategic programs. This role will be part of a team jointly responsible for driving the results of inorganic and strategic growth at CSG.

We are looking for a Program Management Associate who will:

• Support Merger and Acquisition (M&A) integration planning, management and execution of large and complex acquisitions including those of global scale
• Contribute to the creation and continuous improvement of scalable, repeatable process strategy and toolsets like playbooks, process flows, workstream plans, dashboards, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), communications and change plans
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define and support workstream plans, milestones and timing; conduct regular team meetings and stakeholder communications; monitor/report on status, issues/risks, and KPIs; track risks and mitigation activities; remove roadblocks; and proactively escalate/resolve issues
• Partner with functional teams to develop, influence and refine workstream-specific plans, incorporating challenges, synergy objectives and stated milestones, and define integration completion and handover process/post-handover tracking for transitions to Business as Usual (BAU) operations
• Prepare regular M&A and strategic program scorecards to measure and communicate KPIs, status, and progress/results to a variety of audiences
• Coordinate aspects of other complex, cross-functional corporate strategy programs and projects championed by executive leadership that drive strategic value
• Guide teams through defined change management plans that span people, process, and technology changes

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems, related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of expereince in project management supporting mergers and acquisition
• Understanding of M&A project management and change management principles, processes and best practices
• Experience in a SaaS based global organization with working knowledge of software/technical operational processes
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools like Smartsheet

Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
$71,433.11-$114,293.82

This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
