Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as the Program Director in the Connectionsprogram at Behavioral Health Network!

Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the Connections program with the following:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Connections program.
• Ensuring the service coordination and well-being of individuals served.
• Overseeing caseload management, record keeping, quality assurance, and utilization reviews.
• Monitoring the formulation and completion of treatment plans, progress notes, and group notes.
• Monitoring all program and client records to ensure compliance with program policies and regulatory requirements of licensing and funding sources.
• Coordinating with leadership to identify staffing needs, recruit, screen, and hire program staff.
• Monitoring the accuracy of staff time and provider invoices.
• Monitoring staff training and ensures all required trainings are completed.
• Providing regular supervision, annual performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions to staff, as needed.
• Serving as the primary liaison to other BHN programs.
• Maintaining strict confidentiality of individuals served information at all times in accordance with 42 CFR.

The Connections program serves adults age 18 and older who are coping with drug and alcohol, offering residential substance use disorder treatment as an alternative to incarceration. The multidisciplinary team at Connections partners with each individual served to create strengths-based, goal-oriented treatment plans to provide a road map to meet individuals' self-identified goals for improved physical and behavioral health, stable housing, educational or vocational pursuits, parenting needs, and recovery supports. The goal of treatment is to assist individuals in navigating the challenges of early recovery and help them to develop the skills needed to reduce risk of relapse or further engagement with the justice system.

What are we looking for in the Program Director?

• Commitment to client empowerment and growth, human rights, and community integration (required).
• Bachelor's degree (required); Five years of program management/supervision may be substituted for Bachelor's degree.
• At least five years' experience in the Human Services field (required).
• At least two years supervisory experience (required).
• LADC I or equivalent (required).
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred).
• A working knowledge of DPH Bureau of Substance Addiction Services (BSAS) regulations (required).
• Familiarity with internet, word processing and email systems (required).
• On-call availability (required).
• In successful recovery for two or more years, if applicable (required).
