ResponsibilitiesThis position serves as the departmental procurement and travel representative for the Jim Moran College of Entrepreneurship (JMC). Responsible for the day-to-day operations within the administrative offices in the Jim Moran Building to include events, scholarship processes and a backup for HR functions for both JMC and Jim Moran Institute (JMI) and back up procurement and travel functions for JMI.
A high school diploma or equivalent and four years of experience. (Note: post high-school education and/or experience may substitute at a comparable rate.)
