Organization
Educator Services is responsible for providing support for the Professional Development Approval System (PDAS) of the Oklahoma Professional Development Registry. This position provides assistance to PDAS Educators as they prepare for training CECPD courses. There will be occasional travel requiring reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. The Program Assistant III - Educator Services reports to the Professional Development Project Director.Duties: 

  • Track all events and invoices for Professional Development Approval System (PDAS) Educators 
  • Review all materials and inventory with curriculum team members in preparation for shipping. 
  • Ensure all paperwork is ready for shipping to Educators
  • Provide excellent customer service to participants, educators, funders, partners and staff.
  • Assist Educators with registration issues
  • Process all course paperwork
  • Attend all scheduled meetings including curriculum meetings, team member meetings, and other meetings as needed. 
  • Participate in scheduled team and center-wide meetings and required OU Outreach events
  • Submit time certification and distribution forms monthly
  • Submit claims for applicable work travel 
  • Perform other related duties as assigned


Job Location
Required Education: GED/High School Grad AND:
  • 24 months office, clerical, or administrative experience.
Skills:
  • Ability to speak, read and write clear, concise English
  • Basic math skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Detail oriented for accuracy of data and information
  • Able to communicate well and build rapport quickly with participants, educators, and staff
  • General office skills such as multi-line phone, copying, filing, faxing, and mail
Certifications:
  • Valid Driver's License

  • Ability to lift 30 pounds
  • Crouch, pull, reach, move, feel, touch, engage in repetitive motions
  • Communicate, including expressing oneself or exchanging information with others
  • See, including color, depth perception, and clarity
  • Hear including receiving detailed information orally 
  • Must have mobility and flexibility to move self around an office setting.
