Professional Services Manager - Email Security

What You'll Do:

HelpSystems is currently recruiting for a Professional Services Manager for our world class Email Security product lines. This role is responsible for resource capacity planning to help ensure resources hit billable targets and to balance revenue targets with a high level of customer satisfaction. This key role will work closely with the product line General Manager and the Director of Professional Services to help drive demand for Services while enforcing the standardization of processes and high level of customer satisfaction within the Global Services organization. 

·         Manages a team of direct reports, identify and coach leaders in areas of specialization, and development of staff.

·         Oversee resource management, including resource utilization, performance and profitability and customer satisfaction.

·         Monitor and address gaps in product knowledge to minimize single points of failure.

·         Manage demand with adequate capacity.

·         Provides weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue forecasts that include hours delivered and planned to be delivered.

·         Maintains a billable target by delivering billable Services for Project Management.

·         Tracks and measures team performance against revenue targets.

·         Creates and maintains a services resourcing plan for employees and 3rd party resources, ensuring we have staffing necessary to maximize revenue and margin targets for each product line under management.

·         Reviews and approves invoices submitted by contractors before payment is issued.

·         Coordinates with sales leadership and the PMO on professional services quotes, project timelines and current project status.

·         Communicates standards and best practices to the Services team and provides the proper training and documentation.

·         Monitors adherence to policies and procedures and enforce accountability.

·         Assists in providing key metric reporting to allow better visibility to the Services business.

·         Serves as a primary contact within the Services department to address or direct questions to the appropriate team members.

Basic Qualifications

*         A four-year degree is preferred. Equivalent work experience and accreditations will be considered

*         3+ years of professional services management experience

*         Excellent time management and priority setting skills

*         Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

*         Sound judgement and decision making

*         Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills

*         Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines

*         Ability to work with a matrix reporting structure working with Professional Services leadership and the General Manager(s) for the product brands managed.

*         Results oriented with ability to analyze information, evaluate results, and present complicated information clearly

*         Complex problem-solving experience

*         Ability to create, read, analyze, and interpret business and financial information

*         Experience in demonstrating leadership/influence and collaboration across multiple and diverse groups

*         Skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project

*         Experience with Email Security software is a plus

*         Experience with Cyber Security solutions software is a plus

*         Strong relationship-building skills

*         Ability to work independently

*         Collaborator and ability to work within a team setting
