Location: Orlando, FL
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Production Supervisor.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Train, supervise, monitor and review the performance of line leaders
  
• Monitor shift activities; provide direct instruction to Line Leaders and production personnel.
  
• Process administrational needs for employees including payroll
• Responsible for production related communication and coordination between departments
  
• Completes line audits
• Serve as backup to the Production Manager when needed
  
• Provide leadership and direction to all packaging personnel, while continuously working to achieve company goals
  
• Daily evaluations of production lines to ensure maximum profit with minimal labor.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelors preferred but not required.
• 4+ years of supervisory experience in a high speed manufacturing environment, prefer consumer products experience.
• Must have experience managing 25+ employees
• Knowledge of computers and programs such as Microsoft Office
  
• Able to participate in a team-oriented environment, willingness to assist and train others
  
• Must be flexible for weekend work if needed
