Description: Our client is currently seeking a PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR IN.
A Growing Food Manufacturing company is in search an off shift Production Supervisor position.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct your production team in day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality control procedures, and safety protocols.
- Train new employees on equipment operation, sanitation procedures, and company policies.
- Monitor production lines and identify any potential issues, implementing corrective actions to maintain smooth operations
- Qualifications:Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making, with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
