The Metaverse Content Product Marketing team is seeking an individual who is passionate about building and marketing innovative Virtual Reality (VR) and Mixed Reality (MR) games and experiences that inspire new audiences to discover Meta Quest platforms. This position will join a team responsible for product marketing of games in VR/MR, and work closely with Integrated Marketing, Marketing Insights, Data Science, Game Developers and Content Leadership. They will create go-to-market plans for new games, and support in-market titles with a focus on live operations, while driving growth strategy and providing direction for future investments.The right person can effectively be both strategic and execution-oriented, and is analytical and creative. They are good at building consensus and influencing others through strong marketing strategy, but are not afraid to dive into the details. They should have a passion for gaming and bringing games to a broad and diverse audience, as well as experience launching titles in AAA game franchises. This product marketing team is focused on the inbound phase of product marketing and strategy to inform outbound marketing with internal partners. Inbound product marketing responsibilities include up front analysis to identify market needs by segment, opportunity and audience sizing, product positioning and key messaging, content portfolio strategy, channel marketing strategy, and being the "voice of the user." Outbound strategy will cover campaigns end-to-end, coming up with the mix and execution to highlight and promote the games that will bring new users to our platform.
