What You Will Do

As a Product Manager at Panduit, you will be the driving force behind the success of our products throughout their lifecycle. You will:

  • Develop and Execute Product Strategy: Craft and execute comprehensive product strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with market needs and company objectives.
  • Lead Product Lifecycle: Take ownership of all stages of the product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond, including developing compelling business cases and orchestrating global and regional product launches.
  • Provide Expert Application Support: Serve as the go-to resource for technical support and guidance, from developing technical collateral to providing training for account management teams.
  • Conduct Comprehensive Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of the competition by analyzing market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to inform product positioning.
  • Drive Pricing and Inventory Management: Play a key role in pricing strategies, sales planning, and inventory management, optimizing operations and maximizing profitability.
  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding and addressing customer needs effectively to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Global Engagement: Foster collaboration and understanding across diverse environments by traveling to Panduit, customer, and supplier locations (10-25% travel expected).
What You Will Bring
  • Required Qualifications: Possess an undergraduate degree in a technical or business field, providing a solid foundation for success in this role.
  • Expertise in Product Launch and Development: Bring 5-7 years of experience in launching and developing physical products, demonstrating a wealth of knowledge in the field. Experience with fiber optic products is highly desirable.
