This position requires a strong product manager with a growth mindset to help us convert new customers and drive repeat transactions in our key markets North America, Europe, APAC and LACA.

You will own the money transfer conversion funnel and Product Pricing. The key task of the role is to work with internal teams to ensure the money transfer customer experience is fully optimized to convert traffic at all stages of the conversion funnel.

Your passion for an enriched customer experience and conversion rate optimization will drive product and user interface decisions across the Western Union Apps/Web. This role understands what it takes to convert a customer. You will funnel optimization working with the Director of CRO, define a CRO roadmap based on business goals, CRO best practice, customer feedback, and analytics.

You will be the owner of A/B growth / conversion funnel tests, which includes building test roadmaps, adept at listening to customers through VOC programs and identifying product enhancements to solve customer pain points, experience in vetting ideas, test prioritization, writing hypotheses and ensuring efficient execution of test plans that adhere to the proper methodology.

You will partner with Global and Regional Go to Market teams, UX and content teams to deliver key initiatives and tests, assess opportunities by identifying ROI and define key performance indicators, develops effective customer feedback loops, understands implications of feedback and translates that into better features and products, and use customer segmentation, market research, and firsthand customer knowledge to refine plans, specifications, and designs for multiple feature areas/projects.

In this role you will need a BA/BS in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience, MBA is an advantage.

You will need 5+ years of experience building and launching consumer applications on web and mobile platforms, hands-on experience conducting A/B tests, Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with major analytics platform, at least 3 years of product experience in Web/Mobile technologies, and Web/Mobile user experience.

Annual base salary gross: $81,204-143,043. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
