What you will do and achieve:

• Standard product management functions including strategy, roadmap ownership, project management, documenting user/persona workflows, uncovering market needs, issue/risk management and cross-functional leadership
• Have total ownership of your products including product release/launch and support post-release activities for new and/or enhanced data products, services and offerings across commercial real estate and location intelligence
• Ensure concise, timely, comprehensive client/stakeholder communication of product enhancements and changes
• Lead discovery, source system analysis and data profiling for data products
• Provide analysis on prioritization and appropriate trade-offs regarding implementation issues based upon understanding constraints, dependencies, costs, resource allocations and customer benefits
• Strengthen our sales/commercial message by creating and enhancing a library of marketing-focused statistics and documentation, including factsheets, data collection methodologies and competitive comparisons
• Engage in customer-facing activities such as client demos, conferences, webinars and industry events.

Who you are:
Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, GIS or equivalent experience Experience
• 5+ years' experience in a product management and a data centric role working with property, financial and location-based data

Key Knowledge & Skills

• Hands on experience working with enterprise data products in commercial real estate and/or other vertical industries and basic concepts of integrating data pipelines into data lakes, data warehouses, ETL, normalization, linking, etc.
• The ability to effectively manage multiple workstreams and think tactically and strategically
• Proven experience in product development, demonstrating requirement definition and solution execution
• Experience working with commercial and open data supply chains which can include sourcing, evaluating and development of commercial terms
• Understand agile principles and have prior experience working with multiple stakeholders to deliver products and initiatives
• Strong project management, analytical and prioritization skills
• Ability to evaluate industry technology platforms and innovations
• Ability to distill complex topics and challenges into a succinct, easy to understand message and effectively present your roadmap to management or extended audiences

Other Desirable Attributes

• Experience with geospatial products and toolsets including ArcGIS and QGIS
• Knowledge of addressing data and remote sensing data such as LiDAR, radar, satellite, and aerial imagery data
