We are actively hiring for a Product Manager-Alternative Distribution to join our team. Join us and support CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA Insurer, in achieving our goals! We are looking for motivated, innovative individuals, who think big and move fast with a passion for service excellence.
Engage with alternative distribution team and partners to deliver product to new and existing distribution channels
Act as liaison between auto and home product teams, business development, and technology teams to develop partner solutions
Leverage product domain expertise and align with Product and Alternative Distribution teams on impacts
Partner with IT product managers and business functions across the organization on implementation of new capabilities
Develop product integration roadmaps and business requirements with technology teams
Work with business stakeholders to provide recommendations and/or drive consensus
Build plans that look for quick wins as we build to longer term solutions
Drive and own downstream product impacts on APIs and business functions e.g., documents, marketing.
Create and maintain proper testing solutions before deployment
Maintain APIs and documentation for each channel from a business standpoint
Partner with channel managers to deliver distribution channel solutions to optimize channel performance and extract competitive intelligence
Build expertise on enabling technologies used in alternative distribution channels
Ensure business outcomes align with expectations from quoting, underwriting and post-bind activities (service, claims, documents)
Creative solutions that enable our teams to move faster while delivering high level of service
What would make us excited about you?
Bachelor's degree in related area (Marketing, business, or a related field) or an equivalent combination of education and experience
8+ years of professional analytical experience working with insurance products or consumer product / services.
Advanced degree (MBA or Masters in Engineering, IT, or Marketing) preferred
Advanced and thorough knowledge of P&C insurance industry and personal lines products (auto, home) - marketplace, competitive landscape, product, and pricing
Ability to communicate and gain alignment across multiple stakeholders
Eagerness to learn new technologies and solve new problems
Advanced communication and presentation skills.
Advanced product and product market knowledge. Well versed in applicable regulations, competitor products, market trends and opportunities.
Knowledge of product management, and strategic planning.
Financial analysis and reporting skills.
Ability and skills to lead cross functional teams
Understanding of insurance and/or member services financials, pricing principles and methodology for Insurance and/or member services products.

In compliance of Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (EPEWA) we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be, or could be performed in Colorado. If performed in Colorado, this position has a(n) salary range of $115,800 - $144,700 with an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 15% of eligible pay.
