Description: Our client is currently seeking a Product Development Project Manager - II

Product Owner/Service Management Dashboard

MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important): - Understanding of products and services, marketing functions, policies and procedures -

Knowledge and demonstrated skills in online user experience functions (e.g. UX, website design)

Experience in organizing and coordinating with stakeholders across several lines of business gathering information and requirements on any assigned projects -

Proven interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with a strong background of organizational skills and attention to detail -

Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to manage feedback and garner support from multiple stakeholders - Self-starter with great analytical, qualitative, quantitative and problem solving skills, with the ability to make well thought out decisions and must be able to present ideas and complex information effectively to individuals or groups

DESIRED SKILLS: -

Ability to evaluate production capabilities and recommend improvements and readiness for implementation - Support the review and execution of test cases

JOB DUTIES: -

Will be responsible for the ongoing support and strategy for the Service Management Dashboard -

Write and review user stories, evaluate business requirements and documents to identify impacts to the VEC and to Service Management Dashboard and summarize statuses for key stakeholders, Marketing, Legal and Compliance teams -

Drive and manage design elements for online user experience -

Must be able to define and report on data analytics for area of responsibility; identify gaps and recommend and implement mitigation plans -

Ability to work in an agile, deadline-driven environment and handle multiple priorities in an efficient manner -

Experienced and well versed with all phases of the software development life cycle both Agile and Waterfall -

Document new and ongoing information obtained during meetings, identify, communicate and track action items and ultimately making sure all commitments are met in a timely manner -

Participates in JAD sessions and reviews scope on project artifacts such as Process Flow Documents (PFDs), Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs), Dataflow Diagrams (DFDs), test plans and policy and procedure manuals -

Develop and implement quality assurance standards, processes, and controls pertinent to a successful launch -

Must be able to communicate the benefits, both written and oral, about the functionality and capabilities assigned -

Must be able to take supervisory direction, change priorities based upon business needs and work independently when required as well as know when to bring issues and questions to management team for direction and support

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

4 Year Degree 4 plus years experience in project/product management or related field;

2+ years in online development, user experience and/or design Previous design and production experience in a deadline driven environment by designing high quality proposals, presentations, and business development materials PMP preferred
