Product Acceptance Specialist B

North Charleston, SC

Contract Position

Responsibilities:

• Verify routine product conformance to design requirements.
• Provide objective evidence of results.
• Perform auditing, surveillance and monitoring.
• Identify and document discrepancies.
• Segregate and control non-conforming items.
• Perform preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance.
• Conduct product review with customer during product or process verification.
• Identify repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED combined with 1 + year of relevant work experience.
• 1 year of experience working in a quality role.
• Proficient in reviewing Engineering Drawings and Specs
• Exp Hardware Inspect & Valid
• Repair Processes and Concepts
• Ability to fit in a confined space.
• Ability to pass the fall protection training.
• Frequent walking around, being on their feet for most of their shifts.
• Climbing ladders, and stands.
• Climbing on top of aircraft.
• Preferred:
  • Aviation experience preferred
  • Prior company experience
  • Non-Destructive Eval Processes
