    Business Influence
    • Develops and maintains strong relationships with business units and penetrating the organization by continually demonstrating value through thought leadership and breaking down barriers in order to effectively impact business development, transitions and transformations.
    • Engages business units and vendor stakeholders to develop strong relationships
    • Creates a unified team environment and team goals and ensures all business units and vendor stakeholders understand the connection between the overall transition or transformation objectives and the Procurement implementation strategy
    • Drives for results by consistently achieving goals and pushing to complete tasks by their deadlines
    • Develops and delivers communications with clarity and impact, ensuring consistent messaging
    • Encourages creation and brings new best in class ideas and approaches to the table for developing and executing category strategies and working within the supply market to ensure Cushman & Wakefield meets or exceeds their objectives
    Business Development
    • Client RFP Responses - Working with the Transitions Procurement Director, the business development solutions leads, proposal managers & pricing directors to develop and present Cushman & Wakefield's procurement value in narrative, pricing and client presentation forms.
    • Ability to use data, market intelligence and business acumen to drive outcomes, providing strategies by working with category management that include driving innovation and value to our Clients and Cushman & Wakefield. Understanding how past transitions have demonstrated success and ensuring learnings are included.
    • Working with Category Management to complete supplier assessments and supplier performance management /audit to identify potential right suppliers for the client, utilizing our preferred supplier relationships. Able to contribute intensive knowledge of supplier management and share market expertise.to right source day to day tasks.
    • Ability to develop and understand data analytics, to mine data to drive in depth analysis of client 3rd party spend.
    Transitions / Transformations

    Manage all aspects of Procurement deliverables on new account Transitions or Transformations to ensure an effective go-live and account stability.
    • Participate and create direct client presentations and reporting on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis
    • Manage Client Requests for Information: to include the due diligence of securing client information, developing robust timelines and reporting capabilities
    • Working cross-functionally with other departments including Finance, Operations, HR, Project Management, etc. for delivery of the procurement solution
    • Working with C&W Legal Counsel to ensure the development of Client's Service Agreements and Purchase orders to ensure smooth transition of suppliers to C&W Service Agreements or Client's Agency Agreement. This consists of managing the messaging and negotiations of contract terms and conditions to include COI's, Limitation of Liability and other client flow downs or business requirements Previous contracting experience is required
    • Manage the efforts of the outsource resources that support transitions and transformation to ensure successful supplier implementation
    • Ensuring utilization of Preferred Suppliers and Diverse Suppliers to ensure KPI's and Metrics are met
    Special Projects
    • Develop methods and procedures for identifying value during business development/transitions/transformation to include in new Business Development materials.
    • Lead and/or support Corporate initiatives designed to deliver revenue to the organization.
    Education:
    • Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
    Previous Experience:
    • Preferred: have at least 4 years of relevant supply management or project management experience
    • Experience negotiating and managing many supplier contracts concurrently
    Certifications:
    • Professional certifications preferred e.g. ,IPMP, CPSM, CIPS, C.P.M., or evidence of continued professional growth
