Blue Cross of Idaho is looking for an experienced Print Fulfillment Coordinator to work with a dynamic Brand Marketing and Communications (BMC) Department. This role will coordinate the production and fulfillment of printed materials and projects through internal and external resources, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, quality and staying on budget. This position will also manage digital document asset systems and collaborate with BMC team members and internal partners to ensure final materials are completed on time and meet corporate brand standards. A successful candidate will have an eye for identifying and implementing process improvements.

This role reports to the Manager, Communications and Marketing Operations. The position is located in Meridian, Idaho. Hybrid work schedule is supported. #LI-Hybrid

To be considered for this opportunity you have:

Experience: Six years' experience to include design, print production, pre-press file management and/or bidding and evaluating quotes

In this role, we will ask you to:
  • Coordinate the printing, pre-press proofing and status of printed materials sent to external vendors.
  • Coordinate with external vendors on fulfillment projects, acquiring bids, providing detailed specifications and samples, maintaining communication throughout the production process.
  • Track ongoing print, translation and fulfillment projects.
  • Work with departmental partners and internal clients to set the parameters for their printing and fulfillment projects.
  • Monitor quality of printed or copied products and fulfillment projects and work with vendors to solve quality or timeliness issues
  • Coordinate the management of printed material form numbers, revision dates and other pertinent data, working with Purchasing and BMC to ensure such information is up to date and accurate.
  • Coordinate with copy center staff to schedule digital print/copy projects.
  • Perform all administrative duties as required within established timelines.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to current workflow and develop recommendations for needed improvements.
  • Coordinate implementation of process improvement activities and monitor post-implementation to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Serve as a liaison with project managers for various projects.
  • Assist with analysis and improvement of business operations, development of business requirements and assist with development of process and system specifications
  • Assist in development of written training and procedural guidelines
  • Manage workload and adjust to changing priorities
  • Build and maintain good internal and external working relationships at multiple levels
  • Meet deadlines under pressure, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Keep up to date on Blue Cross of Idaho graphic standards and legal requirements.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
