Purpose

Responsible for leading and prioritizing system support activities related to design, configuration, interface development, and general system support capabilities for corporate business units. Serves as primary contact with corporate end users, business process owners, and third party vendors to understand ongoing business requirements (changes, modifications, improvements) ensuring overall system integrity and security, enhance business relationships, facilitate issue resolution, and maximize client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develops solutions to meet ongoing end user requirements. Prepares documentation for approved changes and implements changes as required. 2. Leads prioritization and planning of sub team responsibilities in a specific functional area. 3. Leads teams to coordinate integration points between corporate applications. Ensures interface and overall data integrity. Coordinates and works with various IT teams to accomplish objectives. 4. Provides timely and accurate solutions to the functional corporate business areas, including unresolved user requests from the service desk. 5. Develops, maintains and updates documentation including (but not limited to) project documents, reference materials, turn over documents, system support roles and responsibilities, vendor and customer contact information, etc. 6. Manages change requests, including initiation, review and approval. 7. Provides end user support as required. 8. Coordinates application of vendor support patches and upgrades, coordinates/performs unit and quality testing, and coordinates business client acceptance and integration testing for corporate clients. 9. Identifies opportunities for new/improved solutions. 10. Serves as liaison between IT, third party vendors, and corporate business clients to facilitate issue resolution and maximize client satisfaction. 11. Leads/manages small to large sized projects. 12. Ensures adherence to cyber security protocols and requirements. 13. Periodic US and international travel may be required.

Skills and Requirements

Education & Experience Required:
• Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Computer science, Information Systems or a related field, with at least three years' relevant SAP or business system experience.
• Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration with at least 3 years' relevant SAP or business system experience.
• Ten years' experience with at least 3 years providing SAP business system lead analyst support.
• Demonstrated knowledge of various software solutions: PowerBuilder, PowerPlan, BSI Tax, SABRIX, SAP PY modules and other corporate systems is preferred.
• Demonstrated managing internally and externally hosted systems.
• Proven experience managing small, medium and large projects.
• Demonstrated experience safeguarding sensitive data.

Skills/Abilities:
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills, as well as analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
• Demonstrated Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep and broad knowledge of Personnel Administration philosophy, strategy and processes.
• Demonstrated strong understanding of project management principles, practices and procedures.
• Able to present recommendations and/or decisions with persuasive clarity and transparency.
• Able to build effective relationships with key stakeholders locally and globally.
• Highly developed ability to resolve complex system problems.
• Strong ability to work with others to design effective process/system solutions.

• Ability to speak fluent English is required, ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn local and corporate IT principles, practices and procedures.
• Strong understanding of cyber security protocols and requirements.
• Broad knowledge of local and global business principles, practices and procedures is desirable.
• Solid understanding of corporate business client strategic direction.
• Very skilled with MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Project, etc.
