Our client, an entertainment studio, is seeking a visual communications designer to join the Streaming Marketing team.

Responsibilities:


Concepting, creating and executing cutting-edge, compelling, original designs and creative concepts/assets across all departments of Digital streaming team in PowerPoint and Keynote presentations for executives across various departments and show producers, also providing presentation support, including presentation testing and preparation
Work with the department stakeholders to visually communicate the brand vision internally and externally in beautiful, simple and inspiring ways
Day-to-day interface with stakeholders across the business and be part of a core team representing the single source of truth for all things related to brand design and creative
Oversee the design, layout and formatting of promotional and publicity materials
Design branded concepts, artwork, layouts, and assets for various event
Maintain a working database of competitive networks and advertising and design trends through typography, design, and photography
Develop and implement new processes and mechanisms that will ultimately improve team performance, creativity, communication, collaboration


Musts:


5+ years of design experience
An available online portfolio with past presentation work, ideally within the entertainment space
Professional experience at a talent agency, entertainment or tech company preferred
Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Keynote, OneDrive, Frame.io, InDesign, Jira, Adobe Suite
Well organized, detail oriented, able to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Craves and acts on feedback
Exemplary team player able to build relationships quickly with internal and external stakeholders with a wide range of personality types
An excellent listener and communicator
Positive attitude and the ability to be proactive, resourceful and flexible
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Advanced knowledge of social media platforms and emerging technology
Ability to anticipate scheduling/organizational challenges and suggest solutions in a timely manner
Able to make independent decisions in the handling of sensitive and confidential information while exercising good judgment and discretion
Comfortable in a test-and-learn environment
Creative thinker with strategic and analytical prowess
Focused and driven to excellence at the accomplishment of all tasks
HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus
