A leading GC In the Southeastern United States has a great job for a Preconstruction Manager to join their estimating team, in a lead position potentially managing other Estimators and leading bids. If you want to become a vital part to the construction industry, then this is the company for you.

Your new role
This Preconstruction Manager job is an end to end Preconstruction job. You will lead the drawing, pricing and bidding of construction projects, you will perform quantity take offs. You will communicate with architects and engineers to clarify scope of work, materials and schedule requirements.

What you'll need to succeed
To qualify for this Preconstruction Manager role, you will need significant relevant experience in construction with 5-7 years of experience in estimating. You will need to be IT savvy and ideally you will also have a degree in a construction related field including Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering.
