*Location:* 100% REMOTE
*Salary:* $90,000 - $120,000 + Bonuses

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our fast-growing, collaborative, and inclusive multifamily preconstruction team. Since 1972, we have grown to be one of the top vertically integrated real estate companies in VA handling construction, development, and property management. What You Will Be Doing You will be responsible for typical preconstruction duties for three upcoming projects, one to break ground this year, all low-rise apartment buildings split between Roanoke and Richmond. You will need to be comfortable with the sites at each location and work with contractors to keep the projects running efficiently.
What You Need for this Position - 5+ years experience in Preconstruction Management
- Bachelors in Construction Management or related
- 3+ years in Multifamily Construction
- Experience in contract negotiation
