Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Program Manager

Position type: Contract
Duration: 6 months plus
Location: Remote

As a(n) Program Manager

• Need someone who know s background on Veeva and patient safety complaints systems
• Develop Project and Program plan
• Must have knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Team, Power point
• Must have experience in agile ways of working
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
• Prepare project status report
• Facilitate meetings to check project status
• Good Communication skills
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $70- $80
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
