SALARY: $100-130K PLUS BONUS

Job responsibilities:
Manage all safety and health programs (OSHA, Industrial Hygiene, Injury and Illness Reporting); and ensuring regulatory compliance with all federal, state and local regulations as well as the company's policies and procedures.
Provide tools and standards required by facility management to insure compliance with safety and health reporting requirements to federal and state agencies and our Corporation.
Organize, develop and implement policies, procedures and programs to ensure that safety and health are maintained throughout the organization in a cohesive and unified manner.
Develop and implement safety and health programs in response to new regulatory requirements.
Ensure that supervisors, managers and plant personnel are trained to better execute their safety and health responsibilities
YOUR SKILLS
Education: B.S. or M.S. in Industrial Safety and Health, Engineering or other related fields.
5+ to 7 years experience as an EHS Manager within a high speed Chemical or chemical related industry
Fortune 500 CPG/Chemical Manufacturing industry experience- large company like Dow, Cargill
Exceptional technical/EHS Skills with strong Quality experience
Strong leadership skills
Plant transformation/ culture change background
Solid CI/Lean background and knowledge
Coaching, development, leadership and technical training
Background in developing or creating new EHS policies and SOP's / latest technology and systems
Process Safety experience
Job stability
Track record of success/ progression
Must currently be an EHS Manager / 200+ person plant / no consultants or contractors
High potential / promotable
