Since 2001, we have developed an extensive resume of projects, including over 100 miles of gas design, and many other utility design projects. Our highly experienced teams provide safe and efficient turn-key service to customers throughout New York and Pennsylvania.

The Pipefitter (Albany-Capital District) role is responsible for piping residential and commercial natural gas services from meter to existing fuel line. Will also be responsible for relighting and checking on all customer appliances.

This position is required to perform the following functions:

• Ability to work safely and efficiently while performing daily assigned tasks
• Work in and around natural gas distribution job sites including public right a ways, private property, commercial and residential properties
• Ensure company equipment and materials are maintained, kept clean, and stored in a safe manner.
• Ability to follow instructions and guidelines.
• Able to operate a backhoe or smaller type of equipment as required.

Job Qualifications:
Skills and Experience

Required:

• Minimum of 2 years of pipefitting experience
  
• Ability to pass Operator Qualification Testing for Natural Gas work
• Valid Driver's License and/or CDL preferred
• Must be able to lift at least 100 lbs.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of time, with flexible hours inclusive of weekends and holidays

Preferred:

• High School Diploma or Vocational training in a closely related field
• 2 - 4 years Construction Laborer experience
• Mechanically inclined
