The Medical Director is responsible for ensuring an optimal level of care and customer service is delivered to all customers. The Medical Director leads and manages all center support staff and oversees the daily operations of the medical facility. They are also responsible for coordinating center activities, general facility management, overseeing patient flow throughout the center, and supporting the medical and therapy providers in the delivery of patient care.
Responsibilities:

• Spends 100% of time in a center providing direct patient care, leading by example, and creating an exceptional patient experience.
• Ensures day-to-day execution of the medical model by collaborating with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes and case closure.
• Monitors key clinical center metrics related to quality outcomes, including Practice Indicators, COP, GRV, LOS, TAT, Specialist Referral Rate, Primary Care Case Duration, Days to First Recheck, % of cases with Lost Time, Limited Duty, and Full Duty.
• Manages clinicians and support staff, ensuring compliance with APC supervisory requirements.
• Creates a professional and collaborative working environment that promotes teamwork, quality, exceptional outcomes, and patient safety.
• Works with the District Medical Officer (DMO) to identify and implement changes for continuous clinical improvement.
