Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) in the Residential Servicesprogram at Behavioral Health Network!We are hiring for assistance with daily living activities for an individual living in Northampton, MA.

Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the Residential Services program with the following:

  • Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing and dressing, denture care, and toileting.
  • Aiding with meal preparation and feeding.
  • Assisting the individual with housekeeping and shopping.
  • Helping with ambulation and transfers.

In the Residential Support Services program at BHN, we provide 24-hour staffed residential services, community day support, individual and family support services, a social club, and an advocacy program. BHN values the individuals we serve in shared living and small group homes. Each person we serve is part of a team that includes family, BHN staff, and other providers who work together to assess the individual's needs and goals and then create and maintain a plan reflecting strengths, capabilities and desires.

What are we looking for in a Personal Care Attendant (PCA)?
  • Commitment to empowerment and growth, human rights, and community integration of individuals/persons served (required).
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent (required).
  • Minimum of six months experience in human services (preferred).
  • Valid driver's license & reliable vehicle (required).
