Our client, an established performing arts company in New York City, is seeking a Part Time Diversity Consultant to join their team. In this role you will serve as a liaison between performers and company management to field any DE&I questions or concerns and develop and implement training programs as needed. You will serve as a trusted neutral party to address any inquiries and facilitate a culture in which everyone feels heard. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of HR and DE&I concerns within the performing arts or creative industries such as retail and hospitality, demonstrated experience practicing discretion and maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and strong relationship building capabilities. Requirements:

• 1+ years of DE&I experience, preferably in industries such as performing arts, retail, or hospitality
• Ability to work 16 hours each week, including 2-3 evenings per week
• Strong presence as a trusted liaison and exceptional relationship building skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities
• Flexible work schedule availability
