As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing office communications and supporting essential operations within the Veterans United Home Loans offices. You will undertake a variety of day-to-day tasks and ensure that operations run smoothly. Depending on your assignment, you will focus in one of the following areas:

  • Paddio

Job duties will vary upon assignment but may include:
  • Monitor inventory and place orders. Stock, clean, and organize your assigned office. Manage office services including lunches, snacks, and supply/courier runs.
  • Proactively respond to the needs of employees by reporting facility issues through the internal ticketing system, communicating needs to Custodians, Security, and Facilities personnel, and keeping the appropriate stakeholders informed of updates and resolution. Provide observations and feedback to the Team Lead.
  • Coordinate as needed with vendors for repairs of nonstructural office administration equipment (i.e. Coco Cola, International Blends, Kaldis, Culligan and Keurig machines) and serve as point of contact for all third parties.
  • Manage internal Culture communications, including but not limited to the bathroom blog, weekly email content, and Outpost. Maintain high attention to detail and work closely with Columbia Culture teams and Culture Team Lead at Paddio to ensure consistency in delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams on office events which may include but is not limited to headshot dates and blood drives. Act as the primary point of contact for vendors regarding Paddio events.
  • Provide exemplary customer service to anyone entering the building and over the phone.
  • Schedule appointments, mail correspondence, and collaborate with couriers on deliveries.
  • Serve as a point of contact for the security company.
  • Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity.

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, lift, and carry boxes
  • Valid driver's license and responsible driving history
