What You Will Be Doing You will be working the San Diego territory as an outside sales rep for our commercial construction and architecture specialties product lines which include louvers, expansion joints, sun-shades, facades, and more. This will involve heavy client-facing sales to installers and GCs in the area along with interfacing with members of the design community such as architects and building designers. Having been in the San Diego region for over 10 years, we have a strong established customer base that you will be continuing to nurture and grow relationships within.

With a robust existing client base and high levels of growth in the region, you would serve as a crucial part of a small & high-performing team and they presents a unique opportunity to take control of an entire region, build on existing relationships/nurture new ones, and really compound your earnings potential. This position will be taking over an extensive and established book of person.
What You Need for this Position MUST HAVE:
- Bachelors Degree OR equivalent professional experience
- 1-5 years of outside or client-facing sales experience
- Experience within the architecture/commercial construction community
- Experience calling on GC's, sub-contractors, architects, etc
- Motivation to work autonomously

NICE TO HAVE:
- Any experience selling the following product lines: Expansion joints, louvers, sun-shades, screenwall systems, facades, exterior wall finishes
- Experience in the specialties architecture space.
What's In It for You - $50-60k Base Salary DOE + Uncapped Commission (Expected OTE ~$110k minimum)
