BONUS FOR NEW HIRES who start before 6/30/2021- \$3000 for LICSW, LMHC or LMFT, \$1000 for license eligible (pro-rated for less than 40 hours)

The Center for Development Westfield (CFD) of Behavioral Health Network is currently seeking an FFS Outpatient Clinician to work in Springfield and/or Westfield, MA. Clinicians at CFD work with individuals with developmental disabilities and their families providing individual and group therapy based on clinical theories and principles. Outpatient Clinicians will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team in a variety of settings. The Outpatient Clinician will build clinical skills and develop a specialized ability to work with a unique population presenting with the full range of DSM V diagnoses. Supervision toward licensure and professional development are available.

The Center for Development has offered behavioral health care to people of all ages with developmental disabilities since 1983 in cooperation with the Department of Developmental Services. Outpatient Clinicians at Behavioral Health Network have the following qualities:

• Broad knowledge of mental health diagnoses and evidence treatment techniques.
• Familiarity with internet, word processing, email and electronic medical records systems
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Ability to relate to people with different cognitive and expressive skills (required)
• Master's Degree in a mental health field (required)
• Independent licensure (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) or actively working towards a license.
• Ability to drive and to travel within the Springfield/Westfield area.
