This position is responsible for managing the operational aspects of the Fulfillment functions including, the daily outbound functions, personalization, labor management system (LMS), and the coordination of staffing. Supervises and directs the duties of the Regular and Temporary Full-Time Outbound and Personalization Leads, personalization workers, line workers and clerical staff. This position assists management in establishing performance objectives and strategic planning. Accountable for the training, motivation, and performance feedback of all employees.

Qualifications

This role requires a strong, motivating communicator with warehousing experience. Ideally you will have 1-2 years of warehouse experience along with a knowledge of supervisory procedures and concepts.
In addition, we are looking for:
• A high level of written and verbal communication skills.
• An independent decision maker that can perform with limited supervision.
• Understands the importance of confidentiality regarding employee and company information.
