Are you our next Operator - Loader?

As an Operator - Loader you will be responsible for loading dry product and ammonia trucks as well as assisting with the unloading of dry fertilizer barges and general operation and maintenance at the Mosaic Henderson, KY Distribution Facility.

What will you do?

• Load dry fertilizer trucks
  
• Load ammonia trucks
  
• Clean up spills and general housekeeping
  
• Ability to work rotating shifts
  
• Overtime as required
  
• Demonstrate commitment to environmental, health, and safety by complying with all EHS policies, wearing of proper PPE for the job, reporting unsafe work conditions and/or accidents promptly and attending and participating in all safety meetings and training.
  
• Through the progression program, train and demonstrate competency in all standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  
• Perform maintenance tasks as assigned.
  
• Be vigilant of issues and conditions that can affect their fellow workers
  
• Report any issues that can impact the environment or the safety of the employees
  
• Ability to operate the following mobile equipment (front end loader, high reach (manlift), forklift and skid steer)
  

What do you need for this role?

• High School Diploma/GED required
  
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiple and divide)
  
• Entry level experience in chemical or industrial operations preferred
  
• 1+ years of experience working in an industrial setting and operating mobile equipment preferred
  
• Valid Driver's License - Required
  
• Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)-Required once in role
  
• Basic computer skills
