Salary: $22.00 USD Hourly - $24.00 USD Hourly
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Operations Specialist

This is a Timekeeping Position

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• MHS Operations Support Supplier shall assist in centralizing hospital-wide and system-wide structure
• Supplier shall assist in cost reduction projects
• Supplier shall provide system-wide, hospital-wide, department(s) specific definition and operationalization of productivity standards
• Supplier shall provide system-wide, hospital-wide and at department level as appropriate, refine, develop and implement workflow processes
• Supplier shall develop department specific measure metrics and structure and processes for accountability around metrics
• Supplier shall represent COO at committees giving direction to centralized processes/systems
• Supplier shall represent COO at construction meetings to ensure that MHS' operational workflow is unobstructed, and a communication plan is developed and distributed in a timely manner
• Supplier shall provide other duties and projects as assigned consistent with hospital and system-wide operations for efficiency and sustainability, as well as the development of structure, processes, efficiencies in all aspects of hospital operations
• Supplier shall represent COO at construction meetings to ensure that MHS' operational workflow is unobstructed, and a communication plan is developed and distributed in a timely manner

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Hands-on Timekeeping experience
