Projects the candidate will be working on:

• Brand new OnBase implementation within an Epic environment.

Ideal Background:

• The best way to describe this one is that we need an Onbase Certified System Administrator. It is a specialized certification, indicating that the individual has completed the required OnBase training / course work.
• We would not consider anyone without this certification.
• Because we do not have this skillset on the team today, we would prefer someone more senior who has
•  1) Done a full installation of OnBase in an environment where OnBase does not exist today anywhere.
• 2) Must have experience in an Epic environment, not considering other PM/EMRs or other implementations of OnBase without Epic integration.
• I would prefer 5+ years experience, as we need more of a lead who can function largely independently, alongside Hyland (vendor) to complete all implementation steps.

Experience:

• Candidates who have implemented AND support OnBase as a certified administrator for 5+ years, in a large matrix organization, and must have been implemented with Epic integration.

Top Requirements:

• Besides the above, we need someone who is going to be an excellent communicator, capable of working well on a team of technologists including EMR, InfoSec, Infrastructure & Operations to establish OnBase within our environment.

Team and Team size:

• Part of a project team, working alongside a Project Manager, internal resources, and Hyland (implementation vendor)
• This will be our only OnBase administrator. He or she will be working with a PM and with the OnBase services team (unknown how many they will assign).
• In addition, they must work alongside our Epic analysts and Tech teams.
• Probably interacting with 20-30 project team members, but will be the only one SME in OnBase from our team, not including the vendor..

Top Responsibilities:

• - This role will be the OnBase system administrator.
• - New implementation within Epic
• - Subsequent implementations are expected for the next set of Service Areas who are onboarding to Epic.
• - Epic environment will already be live ahead of the OnBase go live.

Software tools/skills:

• - Must be certified as an OnBase System Administration
• - Past experience with implementation of OnBase within Epic is required.

• - Excellent analytics / problem solving skills
• - High attention to detail

Working Time:

•  Standard hours (EST)

Interview Process:

• a. How many rounds? 1 if we can get everyone on the same call. If not, 2-3. Will depend on schedules
• b. Video vs. phone? MS Teams (Video enabled)
• c. How technical will the interviews be? Technical, related to OnBase experience.
