Our client, a global leader in modeling and simulation software, is seeking a Temporary Part Time Office Manager. Duration is 3+ months with potential for transition to perm. This position will be 30 hours a week, onsite. The ideal candidate will be reliable, consistent, have a professional business appearance and demeanor, and be proactive in supporting their teams as needed. If you have prior experience in an administrative environment, have solid communication skills, strong Excel, Word and Power Point skills, as well as experience with data input and bookkeeping, you are encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities include reception, mail, stocking supplies and organizing, tidying and wiping down shared spaces, and maintaining general cleanliness and order.
Pay is $21-24 / hour
