Our client, a leading specialized construction company located in Hyattsville, MD, is looking for an Office Administrator to join their team. This organization is dedicated to delivering excellence in construction solutions and is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented candidate. This role requires a proactive and resourceful individual capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a dynamic construction environment.

Location: Hyattsville, MD

Pay: $60k-$70k/annually based on experience.

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
• Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation processes.
• Manage office expenses, invoices, and petty cash.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and budget tracking.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and other external parties.
• Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and facility-related services.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
• Experience in the construction industry is highly desired.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
