Responsibilities
JOB PURPOSE
A Team Member working under the supervision of the Office Manager. This position assists with all tasks as assigned by the Office Manager and that may fall under the Office Manager's AOR.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect, track, and organize employee paperwork, certifications, and necessary work documents for venue employees
• Deliver basic venue communication to employees and guests in person and/or via telephone or email
• Collect, track, and organize venue financials under the supervision of venue Management
• Enter any required data entry as needed
• Perform other duties as requested by management

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• 1+ year of administrative experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Work schedule varies and will include working on days, nights, holidays, and weekends and requires standing and/or walking for extended periods both indoors and outdoors.
• Looking for someone with Weekend Night Availability Fri-Sunday.
